Teams Week 2026 – August 31 2026 – September 4 2026

Kick-start your season with an unforgettable week of team bonding, high-tempo training, and lake-side fun. Team Week is a customizable, private camp experience for teams looking to build a solid foundation on and off the ice.

What’s Included (Core Package)

  • Daily 1.5-hour ice session (drills, systems, special teams)

  • Team workouts (hockey-specific strength & mobility)

  • Team-building activities (leadership, communication, problem-solving)

  • Wakeboarding session(s) on Kashagawigamog Lake

  • Video sessions (practice breakdown, systems teaching, team identity)

  • Lakeside accommodation & meals (camp-style, team-friendly)

  • Dedicated staff support and access to camp facilities

Sample Daily Flow

  • 7:30 AM – Breakfast & activation

  • 9:00 AM – On-Ice Practice (90 minutes)

  • 11:00 AM – Video & classroom session

  • 12:30 PM – Lunch & downtime

  • 2:00 PM – Team workout (strength/mobility)

  • 3:30 PM – Team-building challenge (on land or on water)

  • 5:30 PM – Dinner

  • 7:00 PM – Evening lake activity / campfire

Timing & Availability

Team Week runs in April, May, June, September, and October (limited summer shoulder weeks by request). Book early to secure your preferred dates.

Every team is different—request a quote and we’ll tailor the ice, sessions, and activities to your goals.

Please note our cabins hold a maximum of 10 campers, teams will be split into two adjacent equal cabins.
