Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to March 31st will receive a full refund less the credit card fee charged by Stripe, as of April 1st there are no refunds for cancellations or for campers leaving early from camp.
Cancellations due to medical reasons will be accepted with a doctors note and will be assed a credit to the following camp year for the full amount paid.
If your camper is sent home from camp due to medical reasons you will receive a pro-rated credit for use in the following camp year.
Week Change or Sport Change Policy
If you wish to change your week or major/minor sport selection you may do so up to March 31st with no additional cost, starting April 1st there will be a $25 fee associated with week changes and major/minor sport changes.
