2) How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Communicate with you (confirmations, updates, service messages).

  • Send marketing (only if you opt in), including information about camps, events, and promotions.

  • Improve our website and services (analytics, troubleshooting).

  • Maintain security, comply with legal requirements, and enforce policies.

3) Google Customer Match & advertising (the opt-in part)

If you opt in to marketing, we may use your information for advertising across Google services.

What we do

  • We may upload a hashed version of your contact info (e.g., email, phone, name, postal code) to Google Customer Match to show ads to you or people with similar interests on Google platforms (e.g., Search, YouTube, Gmail).

  • We only include individuals who have given consent to receive marketing from us.

  • Google uses this data to match users on its platforms, and we do not receive any new personal information from Google as a result of this process.

Your choices

  • You can withdraw consent or opt out of our marketing lists at any time (see Section 9).

  • You can also manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.

Data handling

  • Input lists are hashed before matching where applicable; we do not add minors to advertising lists.

  • We follow Google’s policies and applicable privacy laws. If you withdraw consent, we remove you from future uploads.

4) Legal bases (if you are in the EU/UK)

Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on consent (for marketing/Customer Match), contract (to deliver registrations and services), and legitimate interests (security, analytics, service improvement) where appropriate.

5) Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share with:

  • Service providers/partners who help us operate (e.g., registration platforms, payment processors, email platforms, advertising/analytics providers).

  • Authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

  • Successors in the event of a reorganization or transfer.

Service providers are given access only as needed and are required to protect information and use it solely to provide services to us.
