With over 10 years playing Professional Hockey, Troy Binnie has initiated his goal of giving back to the game of hockey with his purchase of Haliburton Hockey Haven.
Since I retired from playing professional hockey I have been actively coaching kids from all ages at an elite level of play. I have and always will be a Volunteer Coach, as my Coaches and mentors were as I grew up playing the game. I am here for the kids and to teach them about the game I love to play. It is an honour to work with so many young and talented individual children and youth. – Troy Binnie

- 10 years playing professional hockey in the NHL CHL ECHL AHL IHL
- Division One in Germany
Coaching Experience:
- 6 years coaching in the GTHL AAA as a head coach
- 4 years coaching in North York hockey league as a Head Coach
- 1 year coaching OHA JRA Tier II.
